With a focus on promoting more inclusive and welcoming organizational cultures, we develop effective communication strategies that raise awareness and educate teams, leaders and employees about the importance of diversity. In addition, we help companies identify and overcome internal, physical or attitudinal barriers, strengthening engagement, empathy and innovation.

Our main objective is to inspire behavioral and cultural changes, aligning corporate practices with the values that drive ESG.

Bio

Lucas is a communicator who brings a unique perspective to the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion. Even though he faces challenges due to his congenital disability, he shows that there is no problem in being different, quite the opposite.

As a former Paralympic swimmer and with international experience, Lucas has developed exceptional adaptability and resilience skills. He is currently involved in the organisation of large-scale sporting events such as the Pan American and Olympic Games. These opportunities have given him a valuable understanding of the importance of sport as a powerful tool against ableism.

A postgraduate student in Communication, Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations at PUC Minas, Lucas brings the most up-to-date information on the topic.

Lucas’s lectures are known for being light, educational and humorous. He has the ability to engage and captivate audiences, conveying complex concepts in an accessible and entertaining way. He uses his own personal and professional experiences to illustrate in a practical and impactful way the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in all corporate and social spheres.
